2014/01/09 | Nintendo gana la demanda interpuesta por IA Labs

Durante el mes de abril de 2.010, IA Labs interpuso una demanda contra Nintendo por violación de patentes.  En 2012 gracias a una buena defensa por parte de Nintendo la sentencia de la demanda resultó favorable para la Gran N. Pero IA Labs no quedaron contentos con el veredicto del juez y presentaron una apelación, apelación que en junio de 2013 fue disuelta por tribunal, obligando a IA Labs a pagar los costos adicionales que tuvo que soportar Nintendo durante la nueva defensa.
